Construction Helper Responsibilities

• Provide support to crew members in the form of labor and residential renovation work
• Preparing materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site
• Clean and clear debris off of the job site
• Provide assistance as needed

Construction Helper Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and an ability to problem-solve
• Some carpentry or construction knowledge is recommended, but not required
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests may be required
• Willing to be trained

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

Construction General Laborer Responsibilities

• Assist in residential remodeling or construction as assigned by the project manager
• Move, load, or unload materials
• Perform general site clean-up
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Laborer Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and an ability to problem solve
• Construction experience preferred but not necessary. We offer on the job training
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests may be required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour

• 12-hour shift

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
