Job Description

Construction Helper Responsibilities:

• Provide support to crew members in the form of labor and residential renovation work
• Preparing materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site
• Clean and clear debris off of the job site
• Provide assistance as needed

Construction Helper Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to problem-solve
• Some carpentry or construction knowledge is recommended, but not required
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests may be required
• Willing to be trained

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
