"Riverside Renovations remodel my dining room. This wasn’t a small job they had to remove an outside wall to make the room larger by using part of our porch. They also had to match my existing hardwood flooring and piece in with the rest of room and put up drywall and mud. Sean and his crew did not take this job lightly – I know what they did with the beam in that room that if we have an earthquake that beam will still be there. They are very meticulous with all their work. The floor was piece together and I can’t even tell where the new and old met. Other things about Sean and crew, this group was at my home for about a month or two. Sean is very upfront with price, if he said he was coming to work he did, he would let me know if his schedule was changing, probably the neatest group I have ever deal with and he is also an excellent carpenter - his trim work is spot on. He will take it down if it doesn’t look right in a minute and redo. He is also very full of ideas and is happy to share them. He gets physical excited about his work which is great to see. On a personal note, this was the first time I had met Sean and his crew and during this time of remodel my brother was diagnosed with cancer and ended up passing away during this remodel. I was my brother caregiver, so I was in and out a lot. Sean would tell me he was praying for me and my brother and would talk to me about my faith and when my brother passed away he came to his funeral. I feel this tells a lot about a person character & integrity and Sean definitely has both of those qualities. I don’t call anyone else now and Sean is no longer stranger to our family he is family! Glad to see people still care about what they do!"
